Holly Willoughby wowed fans with plans for an $8 million home renovation, which followed her victory in a land registry lawsuit.

Television star Holly Willoughby and her husband, entrepreneur and TV producer Dan Baldwin,

have been making headlines with their stunning new home in the South East, which is reportedly worth an impressive £8 million.

The couple, who share the property with their three children, upgraded from their previous London home, which was almost three times less expensive.

The new residence, nestled in the scenic countryside, is set to undergo a significant transformation after Holly successfully secured planning permission to expand the property.

The luxury home, which the pair acquired in July 2024, was purchased without the need for a mortgage, according to Land Registry documents.

Since moving into their new pad, Holly and Dan have been keen to put their personal touch on the property, planning extensions that include a state-of-the-art gym and a cinema room.

The upgrades are intended to enhance their family’s living experience, bringing even more comfort to their lavish home.

Initially, Holly’s plans to extend the house hit a roadblock, as the local council raised concerns about the proposed extension and out-building, arguing that they might not be in keeping with the property’s “heritage.” The planning authorities feared that the changes could compromise the historic character of the home. However, the popular *Dancing on Ice* host was undeterred, revising her plans to satisfy the council’s concerns. This included downsizing the out-building to a single storey rather than two, a change that ultimately allowed Holly to gain approval for her ambitious project.

A source close to the family told *The Sun* that the home and its renovations represent a “fresh start” for the couple, especially after a tumultuous year. In 2023, Holly made the difficult decision to resign from her long-standing role as co-host of *This Morning*, a position she had held for 14 years alongside Phillip Schofield. The move came after several months of public scrutiny, and Holly’s departure marked the end of an era for the ITV morning show. The family’s new home and the planned renovations are seen as part of a new chapter in their lives, giving them the space and privacy they need after a challenging period.

Despite the ups and downs of the past year, Holly has remained busy with a variety of exciting new projects. She made a high-profile return to television during the launch of *Dancing on Ice* on ITV, where she continues to co-host the popular skating competition. Holly has also signed on to appear in the upcoming Netflix series *Celebrity Bear Hunt*, where she will join adventurer Bear Grylls in a unique celebrity challenge.

While Holly stays focused on her television career, Dan Baldwin has been busy with his own ventures. He recently secured a lucrative deal to revamp the iconic *Gladiators* show, which will be moving to the BBC. The new version of the beloved series is highly anticipated, and Dan’s involvement promises to bring fresh energy to the program.

Beyond her television roles, Holly has been nurturing her creative side through her wellness and lifestyle brand, Wylde Moon. The platform, which she founded to explore subjects like psychology, spirituality, crystal healing, and the phases of the moon, allows Holly to share her personal interests with a wider audience. Through Wylde Moon, she connects with fans on a deeper level, offering advice, insight, and inspiration on a variety of topics related to personal growth and well-being.

Holly Willoughby’s life is clearly entering an exciting new phase, marked by a luxurious new home, personal growth, and a diverse range of professional projects. With her planning permission now secured and her creative endeavors flourishing, she is embracing change and looking forward to what the future holds for her and her family. As she continues to build her career and pursue her passions, Holly’s supporters can expect to see even more of her on screen and beyond, making the most of the fresh start that her £8 million home represents.
