Dylan Dreyer has embarked on yet another exciting adventure, bringing her fans along for the journey.

The beloved Today Show star recently traveled to New Orleans for a special assignment, accompanied by her co-hosts Craig Melvin and Al Roker.
Sharing glimpses of the trip on social media, Dylan showcased not only the vibrant culture of the city but also her impeccable sense of style.
The mother of three turned heads with her choice of attire, opting for a strikingly colorful ensemble.

She wore a bright pink T-shirt paired with bold aqua pants, an outfit that perfectly matched the lively atmosphere of New Orleans.

Fans were quick to notice her stylish look, flooding her social media with compliments. “I just love your outfit!” one follower enthused, while another wrote, “Absolutely love your look!”

A third fan added, “A beautiful colorful outfit for a fun-filled city to explore. Enjoy!”
Dylan is no stranger to traveling for work. Just a few weeks before her New Orleans trip, she found herself in Florida for the annual Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. This time, she was joined by her husband, Brian Fichera, who played the role of her caddy. The couple has been participating in golf tournaments together for several years, making it a cherished tradition. While they were away, Dylan’s in-laws stepped in to care for the couple’s three children—Calvin, eight, Oliver, five, and Rusty, three.
Never one to leave anything to chance, Dylan prepared extensively for her time away from home. She even shared a glimpse of the detailed instructions she left for Brian’s parents, ensuring everything ran smoothly in her absence. Posting a photo of her meticulously crafted lists on social media, she playfully asked, “You know how much I love my lists! How much fun would it be to have me as your daughter-in-law?? I think I’m being helpful! Sound off: helpful or impossibly annoying???” Many fellow parents resonated with her need for organization, with some praising her preparedness and others humorously noting the level of detail.
Beyond sharing snippets of her travels and personal life, Dylan has been using her platform to advocate for an important cause—raising awareness about celiac disease. Since her eldest son, Calvin, was diagnosed in 2023, she has actively spoken out about the challenges of managing the condition. Most recently, she called out airport restaurants for their lack of true gluten-free options.

Dylan took to social media to express her frustration after encountering misleading menu items. She shared a photo of a restaurant’s menu that listed a gluten-free pizza base but discovered that it was cooked in the same rolling oven as regular pizzas. In a pointed message, she wrote, “DEAR AIRPORT RESTAURANTS: do not get our hopes up by listing a gluten-free pizza crust. We literally walked out of our way to sit down to a nice meal before a long flight. If you cook the gluten-free pizza in a rolling pizza oven with every other regular pizza, it is no longer a gluten-free pizza. Save yourself the energy of even stocking a gluten-free crust. Also, airports: do better for people with celiac disease.”
Dylan’s advocacy highlights an issue that many people with dietary restrictions face while traveling. Her candid post struck a chord with others in the celiac community, many of whom shared similar experiences in the comments.

While in New Orleans, Dylan, Craig, and Al immersed themselves in the city’s vibrant culture, taking part in various activities tied to their special assignment. The Third Hour of Today segment aims to bring viewers engaging stories from different parts of the country, and this trip was no exception. The trio’s chemistry and enthusiasm for storytelling make them a beloved team among morning show audiences.
As Dylan continues to balance her career, family life, and advocacy work, fans appreciate her authenticity and relatability. Whether she’s reporting on location, sharing behind-the-scenes moments with her colleagues, or speaking out on issues close to her heart, she remains a favorite among viewers. Her latest trip to New Orleans was yet another example of her passion for her work and her ability to connect with audiences in a meaningful way.
